Will not hesitate to sell you a broken car and blame you even though you have never drove it. The dealership is great, but the service center has been disappointing the last few visits. The last two times i have been there for a simple oil change it's taken approximately 2 hours each time. This time they didn't even look at my broken gas lid spring like I had ask them to. I used to change the oil and grease the zerks myself and I don't believe it ever took me over 35 minutes.
