I live out of state and purchased a specific vehicle I've been wanting, a 2019 Mustang GT. They sent me pics that looked great, I signed papers, PAID CASH & BOUGHT A WARRANTY. Had the car shipped and what came off that truck looked like it came out of a dumpster. The paint was chipped, back up cam missing just a hole, it was beyond Filthy icould barely see out the window to get it home. The min I started thatcher I knew something wasn't right. Parked it in my garage and notified Bryce and Noe. Ended up driving that car with my 5yo son in it to take it to the Ford Service center and before I even get home my tech sends me a text, "Its a miracle that you guys made it anywhere driving the Mustang. The wheels on it are off a Hyundai and they don't fit the hubs. only a few threads of the studs are holding the wheels on..." What kind of people sell someone a car in that condition? What kind of people put a child's life in danger and then don't even have the spine to acknowledge what they did? INDY AUTO MAN THATS WHO. Following that text I recieved the techs report, air filter, sparkplug, encrusted battery, parts missing and held on with tape, bad brakes, brake fluid full of water, clutch, bearings and then they had to stop because the car is unsafe to drive so they couldn't continue to check for other mechanical issues. They won't even give me the car in that condition because they could be held liable if something happens to me. Ive filed with the Attorney General, have talked to BBB, consumer reports and these xxxx bags don't even care. They stole almost 40,000 from me, put my baby's life in danger, my life in danger, and won't even honor their warranty. Bryce said he would inform his manager, NEVER DID. Noe didn't even respond, or help me at all. THESE ARE xxxx BAGS YOU HAVE RUNNING YOUR DEALERSHIP. THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR CHILDREN, OR YOUR SAFETY. THEY WONT EVEN HONOR THEIR OWN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT. I can't even believe companies operate ike this. Had we been hurt you wouldve been facing much worse consequences than you already are. I hope one day you get a salesman as dirty as yourselves More

I purchased a used car over the internet from a gentleman named Val at Indy Auto Man. The car was represented to me as being an excellent condition with no damage and I had requested any pictures of anythin named Val at Indy Auto Man. The car was represented to me as being an excellent condition with no damage and I had requested any pictures of anything that was wrong with the car from a cosmetic standpoint. I was told I would be completely satisfied with the vehicle and that it was in almost new used condition. These were all lies. When the car was delivered I walked around the car only to find cosmetic blemish after cosmetic blemish on the vehicle. All four wheels had lots of peeling clear coat that was very visible. There was a huge scratch on the front bumper and quite a few rock chips in the hood and front bumper. The convertible top had a distinct sag in the headliner and the parallel parking right side mirror that goes down when you put it in reverse would go down but wouldn't come back up. The factory floor mats or any floor mats for that matter were not in the car. This dealership lies to you to sell cars. I went as far as to contact the dealership and tell him how to satisfied I was with the description of the car they gave me versus what was actually delivered and what it would cost me to fix the items that were not working. The gentleman on the other end of the phone wanted to argue with me about the length of time it took me to call instead of trying to take care of me and said he would have a different manager contact me back who never did.
