Our service advisor, Ethan Su who always provides remarkable service to me and my family. He is patient to listen and explains thoroughly. Thank you for your great support. However, this time after Longo Toyota did the service on my car, the switch that moves the driver seat didn't work at all. I waited at the pickup and delivery area, I requested a technician to look into it. The technician named Robert came. Instead of checking on the switch, Robert made a statement "Your car is old". He said the technicians are taller, they have to move the seat to back further, so they have enough room to work on my car. I told him even my car is old, but I kept up with maintenance. The switch has been working fine every day but after they did the maintenance the switch was completely not working. I told Robert they pushed the seat too far; my feet can't reach the gas accelerator pedal and the brake pedal; I can't drive my car home. Robert then pushed and pushed and pushed the parts under the driver seat. Thank God the switch started working again. My point is I don't mind losing additionally half an hour to wait for the fix, the problem is how RUDE Robert treated me as the customer. I wish Longo Toyota would give better customer service training to their service technicians. More
