This message is for Luis Cruz. I’m waiting to hear back from you about the loaner car that you promised. I often wondered when my car will be repaired or called for the software upgrade. The check engine light stays on the dash board further damaging my vehicle which is only 7 months old. Mr Cruz I have been very disappointed with this whole situation.
