Finance manager Louis Cheers was very pleasant to deal with as well, as I had told Kyrstin and him upfront not to bother with any kind of additional warranties and coverage as I was a cash buyer. Both had listened well and after signing the necessary papers to get my car registered and a title issued, I was in and out of Louis' office within 10 minutes. I have talked to someone from service about a question regarding the Blue Link app, and I think if I ever need service, I will be in good hands there as well. After we bought the car when we came to pick it up with an appointment the sales man had made another appointment at same time so we had to sit a hour waiting. Then we had some Concerns about the paint protection and sale man keep on putting it off three different times. And when I called him he let it go to voicemail and then called and text late in the night and say he was busy and couldn’t take my call or call me back. I still don’t have paperwork for the protection. And have had the car 30 days and under 300 miles and it’s In The shop battery has died 2 times and now they have to order a new battery and it’s going to take a week for it to come in So I’m not happy More

I screwed up and negotiated monthly price without knowing my credit score or interest rate. I paid $350 more for the used car than it was advertised. Nate was an amazing salesman and was able to work with my girlfriend and I find exactly what we needed. Even though my car wasn't there at the time, Nate still made sure that when it was delivered I'd be inf girlfriend and I find exactly what we needed. Even though my car wasn't there at the time, Nate still made sure that when it was delivered I'd be informed and it would be detailed and ready to go by the time I arrived. Nate also made accommodations based on my busy schedule to be there at the dealership when the car arrived and when I was able to pick it up. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
