I am always helped by the sales person Carlos Ramirez and in finance by the knowledgeable Ethamar Kosa, both of whom we recommend highly. Having been in customer service and finance corporate roles for over 20 years, I can attest to the care, attention to detail, and listening to the customers' concerns that these two individuals constantly have. I highly recommend this dealership for all your purchase and service needs that you may have with a Toyota vehicle. The dealership is comfortable and relaxing. I just wish that the sales people were more interested in making sure that the customer has the opportunity to look over the vehicle and feel comfort I just wish that the sales people were more interested in making sure that the customer has the opportunity to look over the vehicle and feel comfortable in their purchase, i.e. able to afford it comfortably.
