Rick case Kia sunrise is the worse dealership put my trust in them to get a reliability vehicle and I get one that is falling apart and I only have this vehicle for three days the service light is comin trust in them to get a reliability vehicle and I get one that is falling apart and I only have this vehicle for three days the service light is coming on already I have other problems also .I am so devastated I put my trust in them so sad and stressed out over everything they are all the same bad people they are not there to help More

A great experience as always It is not everyday that you bring your car in for service, and leave with a new car, but that is exactly what happened, and largely thanks to the expe It is not everyday that you bring your car in for service, and leave with a new car, but that is exactly what happened, and largely thanks to the expertise and "can do" spirit of Quinn Arellano. I still had six months to go on my lease of a 2016 Kia Soul, and had brought it in for her 30K service... just out of curiosity I wanted to see what kind of deal I could get on an exchange if I turned it early, and upgraded to a newer model. Quinn turned curiosity into reality, despite some "credit challenges" and some wear issues on my trade.. he worked within my budget, and I drove home in a sporty new 2019 Soul. BANG A GONG! More
