I’d like to thank each one of them for that time and effort and also would like to mention Mr. Leonard Baker for his expertise and last but not least Miss Ashley I’ve been dealing with Walters ever since I was 17 years old and I really appreciate it and another name I’d like to mention is Kevin the manager across the street there at Audi not only will I be returning but I have passed on numerous recommendations to the people at United parcel service in Ontario California. There’s about 15,000 that work out of that building on the corner of Jurupa and Haven in Ontario. They can’t go wrong by coming over and seeing you guys at Walters Mercedes-Benz in Riverside thank you once again guys are really pleased with my purchase and it went pretty smooth. More

I had a great buying experience with my new E53 AMG. I dealt with both Rafael Aribuabo and Erwin Artacho, the dealership general manager. First, Erwin was very friendly, professional and certainly did I dealt with both Rafael Aribuabo and Erwin Artacho, the dealership general manager. First, Erwin was very friendly, professional and certainly did not feel that he was too important to deal with everyday customers. Rafael was also friendly, quick to respond to any questions or issues and has an incredible amount of product knowledge on seemingly every MB product. There was absolutely no high-pressure tactics by anyone from start to finish and all seemed only interested in getting the customer the right car at a fair price. Quite frankly, the world would be a better place if all car dealers were operated in the same manner that Walters is. Highly recommended. More
