I will from now on, every time I need a new or used vehicle go to Matt and his company Fitzgerald. I love the way they operate..no price heckling...that is so relaxing. Erol is a fantastic sales consultant! He is the exact opposite of a pushy, hovering salesperson, which is a car sales practice I abhor. We made multiple unannounced visits to the Fitzgerald Subaru Gaithersburg dealership and Erol, as well as everyone else, was always accommodating and easy going. He coordinated multiple test drives for us and graciously guided us through our "exploratory buying decision" process, as opposed to pushing his opinions and particular vehicle "features," which we may or may not have been interested in. His unobtrusive attentiveness and knowledge earned our trust and we decided to purchase a 2024 Outback Touring XT in no small part because of the earned trust he elicited. More
