Sales and financing were very good when I purchased a vehicle six months ago. Service, one visit so far for a routine oil change. What appeared to be clean oil was excessively spilled and covering the u vehicle six months ago. Service, one visit so far for a routine oil change. What appeared to be clean oil was excessively spilled and covering the undercarriage pan below the engine. I thought it might be a leak, but after cleaning it with a number of rags and driving the car, I was able to establish that it was likely spilled oil and not leaking. Also, tire pressure was said to be "recalibrated." However, several days later when I checked the tire pressure, each tire was 26 psi where the door tire instruction is to fill front tires to 33 psi and rears to 32 psi. Nothing alarming or potentially dangerous, just not the service I expected. I will check more carefully the next time I bring the car in for service. Anyone can have a bad day. More

Low-pressure sales approach and appreciated the salesman driving us in the vehicle before we test drove. We have bought 5 cars from Flowers Honda. We drive the 35 miles to Thomasville, GA rather than shop at the Honda dealership in Tallahassee because we get good deals and good service. That said, the service department has been a bit lax lately. For example, we paid to have the rain guards installed and the ceramic finish put on the car when we bought it. We finally got a firm date from the salesman to get both done. I dropped the car off at 9:00 AM in the morning as instructed; however, the salesman (Andre) was not in and the service department didn't know anything about it. They did give me a loaner car to drive. They texted me later and told me they needed to keep my car overnight (2025 Pilot Touring AWD), but it would be ready by 11:00 AM the next day. I arrived at the dealership service department at 11:00 AM. I was told they had not even started on the rain guard installation and that they still needed to do the pre-delivery check list as I had showed the salesman and the service manager that it was not done before the car was delivered to us the day we bought it. Also, I did not receive the 2025 Pilot Navigation Manual that was supposed to come with the car. The service manager told me they could not order it. The sales manager found it online and after showing him where in the car manual that it was referred to on all 3 pages where the navigation system was referenced. It was over 4 hours before my car was ready and the navigation system manual was ordered. This is a $52,000 car and I would expect all manuals to come with it. Additionally, the service department is notoriously late in getting anything done, even the periodic maintenance takes several hours. The salesman Andre is not good about following up after the sale is made. I had to continually reach out to him for status and to get the installation of the rain guards and ceramic finish scheduled. Both of these were paid for when we bought the car. All of this makes me think we may have to give the Tallahassee dealership another try or even change to another make of vehicle. The quality of Flowers Honda service is good, but they need to do better at scheduling and time estimation. More
