Was PUNISHED for this upon discovering WINDSHIELD busted, & instead of replacing this pre-existing condition, was told bc I already neg price down, they 'COULD NOT FIX'. We all know they absolutely can, it's relatively inexpensive and IN THE INTEREST OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE for them to do so. Instead they offered to connect me w/ their windshield ppl for deeply discounted rate after I explained I didn't want to spend $25k & turn around & face $500 repair. Replacement quote from their ppl-$550. TO DATE, THEY REFUSE TO ADDRESS. Was led to believe 'Stop/Start System' was 'unavailable', i.e. 'not equipped' on my vehicle when actually it is, there's just a problem w/ it, and a light indicating it should be serviced, which they refuse to look into. Day after bringing it home, light appeared indicating 'Service Shifter' and the gear control lights meant to indicate what gear it's in did not light up. To date, they refuse to take a look at this. They did agree to replace 2 tires. It has been almost 2 weeks, I've ASKED REPEATEDLY about the status of the tires arriving and scheduling service with no response. This is BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE & SATISFACTION. More

Worst experience ever! Ernest Greene was arrogant...walking around like he had all the time in the world. What we were asking to see they had my daughter sit there waiting Ernest Greene was arrogant...walking around like he had all the time in the world. What we were asking to see they had my daughter sit there waiting for almost an hour and still never found it. My daughter called me and I took the keys and we went and found the Jeep. Then when we found out that there was a key missing for the sunroof he made us feel like we were going to have to buy one to get it to open. Also, when she asked for the amount for her car he acted like $400 was outrageous. But then he made us feel like he was doing us a favor when he got the deal we asked for. Then we found out the seal was broken and then he told us the sunroof was broken. She left. I called the next day and spoke to Ms. Laura and she made sure that we would get better service on Saturday....well not!! The lady that went with us that day was not any help at all. She knew nothing about Jeeps. Found out through Carfax that this car was from New York and it had many problems. So of course we went to another dealership in Cary. We got the best service ever. This was her first big girl purchase and they were PHENOMENAL!! Got more for her car and they treated us like we were the most important person there. Never go to WESTGATE!! More

Once it was ordered, he took it a step further and kept me updated on its progress and even when it was delayed with shipment (Hurricane Florence & Michael). Once it arrived, he let me test drive it for over an hour knowing full well I needed to absolutely make sure it was up to my requirements. Surprise, it was!
