We purchase this vehicle for our 16 year old. The vehicle pulled to the left. Eric said it just needed an alignment. We took it to get an alignment and found out that an alignment won't do any go The vehicle pulled to the left. Eric said it just needed an alignment. We took it to get an alignment and found out that an alignment won't do any good because the shocks, bushings, ball joints, multiple things wrong with the jeep. We contacted Eriq because he assured everything was checked out on the vehicle and it was fine before they put it up for sale. Now he is saying they didn't check this stuff out and they won't stand behind ANYTHING on the vehicle. Worst service ever! I could go on, but I don't have time. I hope they all have a guilty conscience knowing this is for a 16 year old. We now have to spend $4000 to get this vehicle fixed!! Stay away from Lima Auto Mall. I hope you enjoyed your commission on this sale More
