Purchased new suv with 8000 miles. Low tire when purchased. They aired it up. Barely made it home. Went back and they refused to pay for a new tire. Service to install air cabin filter Low tire when purchased. They aired it up. Barely made it home. Went back and they refused to pay for a new tire. Service to install air cabin filter and they didn't replace the cover. Service to fix seat motor and they broke the seat. Now they want me to pay over $300 to fix what they broke. I would NOT recommend this dealership AT ALL. Terrible customer service with sales staff, techs, and mechanics. More

The service department is terrible. Period. Can’t get anything done as agreed in contracts. Price gouging is commonplace and the ideal they’re striving to achieve apparently. Period.
