His friendly demeanor was especially appreciated as he took the time to answer questions from my 13-year-old daughter, making her feel included in the buying process. This personal touch made a significant difference, as it’s rare to find someone who engages so thoughtfully with young customers. While we were discussing financing options with Eric Gerts, Geoff ensured that my daughter was kept entertained, a gesture that did not go unnoticed. Speaking of financing, Eric was phenomenal in his role. He assured us that we were getting a more than fair price for the vehicle. His expertise in navigating the financing options was invaluable, especially since this was the first time we worked with a dealer for a car loan, usually preferring our own financing through USAA or NFCU. Another star of the team was Liz, who demonstrated exceptional patience and skill in managing our Chevrolet awards account. From almost waiting 2 years on the Corvette waitlist, to 5 days ago when I was able to pick up my C8, my experience with Stingray, specially Erin was just wonderful. She communicated with me regularly, kept me in the loop on where I was on the waitlist (they give you access to see what your waitlist number is) but she was still gracious enough to tell me where I stood. I couldn't thank her enough for getting me into my dream car. It's even more spectacular that I had dreamed of and can't wait to hit that 500 mile marker, so I can really give it some gas. Also, shout out to Larry who picked up the sales process when I arrived to pick up the car. The car needed some dealer parts installed when it arrived at the dealership around 1pm, Larry went out of his way to get my Vette prepared for pick up by 6:30. He was wonderful to work with and took me through the entire sales process with ease. Overall great sales experience, which is very hard to come by these days. Job well done More
