It truly is like a family and it doesn’t stop their also service. They are also the heart of Cox Chevrolet without service. It would not be a unit Roberto Alonso is the most amazing service manager I have ever met he always greets you with a smile in a very caring way I see him work with all of his employees and all of the servicemen work so well together when I get a oil change or anything I am honored to tip the service department they work very hard and they do a amazing job I am so grateful for Cox Chevrolet I will never get another vehicle that is not a Chevrolet. I am totally committed to them like they are committed to me with open arms with a smile .they are 1# with great quality work fast on time great prices, and true in heart for the people one big happy family. Even at Christmas time they send you a card just to let you know they are thinking of you . Excellent prompt courteous service Was notified of a recall on my 2019 Equinox by Cox Chevrolet, made an appointment and arrived at 2 for my appointment and was Curtiously directed to Was notified of a recall on my 2019 Equinox by Cox Chevrolet, made an appointment and arrived at 2 for my appointment and was Curtiously directed to Matt French who handled the situation in a very prompt courteous and helpful manner, told me I would be out within an hour I was out of there in 35 minutes, I am very pleased. Disappointed With The Woman Who Booked My Service Appointmen Scheduled an appointment to have serpentine belt replaced on my 2014 Impala (was recommended by service dept.) for 4/5/18 at 7:30 am. When I arrived t Scheduled an appointment to have serpentine belt replaced on my 2014 Impala (was recommended by service dept.) for 4/5/18 at 7:30 am. When I arrived the belt was not in stock so I had to reschedule for 4/6/18 at 2:45 pm because I would have had to wait until after 12noon for the belt to be delivered. What was so disappointing was that when I called to make the 4/5/18 at 7:30 am appointment I clearly told the woman who booked the appointment that I needed the serpentine belt replaced. My time is valuable and to keep the original appointment I(came from Sarasota) had to be up pretty early. I love the service Cox provides and this is the first time there was any sort of hiccup but I can't see myself or any other customer wanting to endure this again when it was clearly explained what I wanted to bring the car in for. More
