They had a week to make sure they had the oil for my vehicle instead they ordered it 15 min before I got there it took them 4 hours to get it. Worst customer service tried talking to service manager. Our most recent experience has been awful and is still not resolved. Our car was in shop for one month and then was returned to us dirty with black finger prints all over. We are still waiting for the par not resolved. Our car was in shop for one month and then was returned to us dirty with black finger prints all over. We are still waiting for the parts that initially needed to be replaced. I have never witnessed worse communication or service from a dealership. We are still waiting for the parts and have not received any further communication for next steps. This is very disappointing because we have purchased 5 cars previously from Brent Brown. More

After having such a horrible experience, I received a call from the supervisor over the Service department. He listened to what I had to say and proceeded to help me get my car scheduled to be fixed. My Toyota Tundra was displaying an ambiguous set of symptoms that wasn’t straightforward to diagnose. The worse case scenario was replacing the transmission. But BBT techs took a reasoned approach to p symptoms that wasn’t straightforward to diagnose. The worse case scenario was replacing the transmission. But BBT techs took a reasoned approach to problem solving and fixed the issue well short of just punting the ball, and then spent no small amt of time making sure the issue was fully addressed. In the end the fix cost me only $250. You guys rock! More
