I have had a horrible experience since I bought my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 Custom on 8/8/24. While driving it home the check engine light came on which has happened for different issues to date. Been Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 Custom on 8/8/24. While driving it home the check engine light came on which has happened for different issues to date. Been back in the shop approx 6 times. 02 sensor, told it was a bad part, had 2 catalytic converters replaced under a warranty extension that I discovered (only 700 miles left til it expired-I was not informed), Chevy dealer inspected and found vehicle was unsafe to drive due to missing bolts on wheel bearings, damaged front brakes and rotors, a coolant leak, etc) few repairs were done by Rocky Mountain and they are done with me. Although I bought an Extended Warranty and Maintenance Warranty for an additional $120 per month and truck still remains broken. Defective Active Grille Shutter to cost $350. Passenger window would not roll up so I replaced window regulator, battery voltage low, battery on last leg so I replaced, volts still low so I will be replacing the alternator, and the tires are insufficient for this winter so I will have to replace those as well ASAP. CONSUMER FRAUD CASE for sure. I gave them every opportunity to correct these issues in a very pleasant and patient manner, although they did not reciprocate that courtesy at all. I must say that my Salesman Mike R was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, honest, kind and caring More

In my personal opinion I do not believe that a car dealership should use cheap parts to replace or warranty and not rewarrant them if they fail I believe using OEM parts eliminates both comfort and dealership should use cheap parts to replace or warranty and not rewarrant them if they fail I believe using OEM parts eliminates both comfort and safety issues and should never be considered when customer service and getting the right part is important cost is not the issue if you can't get the proper OEM part perhaps you shouldn't be in business warranty brake parts honesty is the best policy if you're going to tell somebody your test driving their car and they're going two blocks in back when they've gone on an extended road test and lied is unexcusable I encourage anybody to put a car tag Apple tag Android tag in their vehicle when taking their car to any motor vehicle dealership protect your investment and fight for your rights when it comes to warranty parts and OEM replacement promises. This company sucks. They buy parts from distributors and when the parts come the are defected so then making you bring your vehicle back for longer stays. Then they tell They buy parts from distributors and when the parts come the are defected so then making you bring your vehicle back for longer stays. Then they tell you that to honor the warranty, you have to bring the car back to them for the repairs in which they also charge you for your deductible!!!!!!! More

I was getting out of the army and needed a car to drive 1500 miles home. They only let me test drive it in the dealer lot. Once I got out out of the parking lot and down the road I noticed it couldn’t keep 1500 miles home. They only let me test drive it in the dealer lot. Once I got out out of the parking lot and down the road I noticed it couldn’t keep up with traffic. Took it back after 11 days. (That was when they said to bring it in to fix it) Only drove it 3 times. They said they would fix everything. When I picked it up the day before I was discharged they said the catalytic converter hadn’t come in but everything else was good. They knew I was driving 1470 miles home. It broke down after 8 hours. When I talked to them to tell them to take their car back they claim to have told me not to drive it! Seriously?? Why would I buy a car I cannot drive? When a mechanic looked at it he said nothing was done to service the cars engine. He said the oil was sludge and hadn’t been changed in a very long time (funny how the service report says the opposite) and I need a new motor. Did I mention the electrical problem? Don’t even get me started with that. It won’t start without being jumped! So now I am out 4400$ for the down payment and 1000$ to get the piece of junk to my hometown! Don’t buy from these people. They rip off active service people and veterans! They won’t do the right thing and refund my $ and get their garbage car. More
