I’d like to give some recognition to the service team members “Chris and Eric” who also provided excellent support even after my purchase. Their service team addressed a brake issue and replaced a motor mount for me shortly after my purchase. After the repairs were complete, the tech drove with me to confirm the issues were addressed.
