I went into the dealership with a scheduled appointment for one individual, whom I was informed was going to be out, when I arrived. Although this bothered me a bit, I was introduced to Erik Mendoza, who w for one individual, whom I was informed was going to be out, when I arrived. Although this bothered me a bit, I was introduced to Erik Mendoza, who was more than happy to help me out. I went in with 3 vehicles in mind. We sat down and discussed what features I was looking into and we were able to pinpoint some vehicles. He took me out to the lot and walked me through some of the vehicles, very patiently and answered my questions knowledgeably. I test drove a vehicle of my liking, came back and was ready to get to business. He really made the entire process seamless and as stress free as possible. He was sociable and funny. He entertained both my mother and I, without hesitation. The entire experience was a pleasant one. He was willing to work with me and get me into the vehicle I wanted.
