I appreciated that I didn’t have to be in dealership for the entire process and could email questions and get answers. I' bought my Subaru new and have been getting it serviced at this dealership from when it was originally known as Patriot Subaru. Despite the name change, they have been providing top notch service and suppo at this dealership from when it was originally known as Patriot Subaru. Despite the name change, they have been providing top notch service and support since day one. I recommend Imperial Subaru for service even if you did not purchase your car from them. Should you be in the market for a new or pre-owned Subaru, I recommend making Imperial your first stop. More

Eric was very helpful. But the process was arduous. We were not told that the dealership was sold which created a very inconvenient delay in picking up the car.
