This Lexus has become a serious ripoff and horrendous service. I have gotten 4 Lexus' from this dealership in the past, and I am truly disappointed in the treatment and behavior of these people. They are the ones who asked me to bring in my car due to the low mileage they saw when it was being serviced, I was not even THINKING of changing it, but I went in to see and I am NOT sure what happened here as I said I have had 4 cars from here, all handled with respect, since then I have received 2 follow up calls, and I have advised them that if I decide to keep with this brand, I would rather go to N. Miami or Kendall Lexus, I will NEVER spend a dime with Lexus of Pembroke Pines again, is now like a used car sales lot with fast talkers..... More
