Dealership ruined my battery by power washing my battery without consent from me. My battery was short circuit by the water. I had to buy a new battery. I had pay out over $300.00. When I arrived my battery read good with a 604 cca. Service manager was rude. My advisor admitted he was the one who power washed my battery and not the mechanic. They pretended that i was talking with a consumer relations manager. The general manager pretended he was on my side and that they as a whole do not believe water can ruin a battery. More
