Overall an excellent experience. My salesman Dustin Evans was awesome yet again. I had initially test driven a two year old bronco and decided to buy it. However, Once Dustin explained the incentives on a brand new one it was a no brainer. He helped find the perfect vehicle with the features I was looking for at a price point I wanted to be within. Ford Of Galesburg gave me an exceptional offer for my 7 year old f150 and handled all of the paperwork quickly and efficiently. While I was signing a couple papers and discussing options the vehicle was being detailed. I was in and out in about an hour which was great. I opted for rust proofing and a ceramic paint protector which was done a few days after the purchase. They gave me a loaner to drive while they did the rust proofing. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic and despite some of the other reviews I find Ford of galesburg to be a great dealership. I will be back! Keep up the great work!!! More
