sales agreement I initially talked with Eric about some vehicles for sale 04-14-20, and telephoned Eric again on 04-15-20. However, it was his day off and I spoke wi I initially talked with Eric about some vehicles for sale 04-14-20, and telephoned Eric again on 04-15-20. However, it was his day off and I spoke with Lance. On 04-16-20, I telephoned to talk with Eric, as I appreciated his attitude on day one. Lance was initially conferenced in to the conversation. Eric and I agreed on a vehicle, purchase price, and my payment. The transaction was initiated. Later, I receive a telephone call from Lance and a different price which included tax and an administrative fee. Eric had said that in our agreement that tax was included and did not mention an administrative fee. I telephoned Eric and informed as to what Lance had included. Eric responded, I am sorry about the misunderstanding. Thus, the basic bait and switch con game that you would expect to experience at a used car lot or carnival - not from a dealership with upscale facilities and automobiles. Surely, this sales technique is not taught or promoted by Lexus. More

Corey risked his life with is test driving, and Erick was the go to when it came to numbers. It was a wonderful experience and i got watch my mom cry, hug, and pose with her new rx350 2017. With a bow. The bow was important. All the added accesories only took 1 day and the vehicle is perfect. Ive never seen her so happy. It is the car she deserves and lexus made it happen. AMAZING. SIMPLE. Such a great experience We walked in to just look at vehicles and we were immediately greeted by the GM and an Account Executive immediatey stepping out of our vehicles. Never once were we pressured and we were accommodated the entire time, they even gave my 7 years old an adorable Lexus stuffed plush doggie. We test drive one vehicle and I fell in LOVE! Lance was so helpful, knowledgeable, and we were never pushed into doing anything. We left that afternoon because of a time restraint, but filled out an online app and Lance called me first thing Monday to let me know my car was ready. This was the most seamless and smooth car buying experience I have ever had! And we will be LOYAL Lexus customers! THANK YOU WALSER! More
