Our salesman, Paul Dragich, was awesome to deal with - honest, straight shooter, no xx or pressure tactics, and provided great service every step of the way. Paul spent a lot of time with my wife and I showing us the entire new and used truck inventory on the lot. Paul was very courteous, professional, and answered all of our questions. He did not use any high pressure sales tactics and promised to price out a truck that would meet our requirements. My wife and I returned a couple days later to review the pricing and were able to work with Paul and management to negotiate a fair deal for the new truck. The next day the running boards and soft cover for the bed were installed and we picked up the truck. I appreciate the patience and extra effort Paul put in to show us all the features of the new truck and we were able to bring it home with a temporary registration. Early the following week the car was registered and I stopped by to meet with Paul to pick up the new plates and registration. Paul installed the new plates and handed us the new registration. It's been a very enjoyable experience thus far purchasing the new truck from Paul and dealing with the staff at this dealership. Highly recommend you consider purchasing a truck from Paul at this dealership. Job well done by all! More

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER !!! I went in to purchase a 2016 Corvette. I was a little hesitant because I am from Long Island and it was over a 3 hour drive to Rhode Island. Making I went in to purchase a 2016 Corvette. I was a little hesitant because I am from Long Island and it was over a 3 hour drive to Rhode Island. Making the deal even more complicated I had a trade in that Paul and Derek were unable to see in person prior to my visit to the dealership. We settled on a deal over email and I drove to the dealership. Upon arrival everyone was very nice. Paul and Derek from the start were very accommodating and friendly. The biggest surprise for me was that there were no games tried by either. I left the dealership with the exact deal that was agreed upon. I can not tell you how refreshing that is and this is coming from a person who has bought many cars both new and used. Any question or issue that has come up since I took the car home has been dealt with by Paul and the Management team quickly and professionally. To anyone from New York or even further away I say give Paul Masse Chevrolet a chance, you will not be disappointed. More
