She kept everything simple, kept us in the loop, and never made us feel pressured. You can tell she actually cares about her customers, not just making a sale. She worked to get us top dollar for our trade and made sure we got every bit of savings we qualified for. She went to bat for us and it showed. Shoutout to Scotty Rice as well for backing her up and helping make everything come together. You can tell they’ve got a strong team. They even stayed late to get everything done right, and Erica has still been there after the sale helping us with anything we’ve needed. If you’re buying, ask for Erica Woods.
