Awesome customer service and they checked out my car front to back. I had alot of maintenance done by Buffalo Ford that was recommended from a previous dealer that I went to plus more. 4 new tires. They front to back. I had alot of maintenance done by Buffalo Ford that was recommended from a previous dealer that I went to plus more. 4 new tires. They drove me home and delivered my car when done to my home. I was so impressed after just moving in the area and having gone to another Ford dealer for the last 30 years Buffalo Ford will be seeing me again. No more driving 50 minutes to the other Ford Dealer. More

Morries in Buffalo is my dealership. Has been for 30 years. Mostly because of the sales team. I gotta be honest though, the service team needs a lot of work. It is impossible to schedule Has been for 30 years. Mostly because of the sales team. I gotta be honest though, the service team needs a lot of work. It is impossible to schedule a service for anything. I’ve made appointments just to show up and all of a sudden not have an appointment any longer. I totally blame the corporate phone system. Not the dealership. I’ve shown up for appointments and been told “oh we don’t have the time or staff to do that today”. So frustrating to drive a 1/2 hour for nothing. I’ll continue to shop there, but am close to going elsewhere for service. More

Service was fine. They fixed what needed to be fixed, but the communication was TERRIBLE. They picked my car up for service via their valet system on Friday. The servi They fixed what needed to be fixed, but the communication was TERRIBLE. They picked my car up for service via their valet system on Friday. The service technician called me once my car was received and stated that they were uncertain how long it would take to service the vehicle and that it might take until Saturday. He assured me he would call back before the end of business on Friday with an update. Didn’t hear anything from them on Friday. Called the dealership on Saturday for an update. No one was able to speak with me right then but I was assured that someone would call me back. No one called me back on Saturday. On Sunday I called and left a voicemail requesting someone call me as soon as possible on Monday. On Monday I finally received a text that included a service video. The video was dated from Friday afternoon! Then someone finally called to tell me my vehicle was done and we arraigned valet service back to my home. I received a text letting me know they would notify me when the vehicle was on its way. And that was the last thing I heard from them. 4 hours later imagine my shock that I find my car sitting in my driveway, unlocked with the keys visible in the council! Who knows how long it had been sitting there, ripe for stealing! No one knocked on my door or called or texted as promised. I called the dealership and asked to speak to a manager. They assured me someone would call me back ASAP on Monday afternoon. Now it is Wednesday and I have yet to hear from them. Never bringing my vehicle back to Morris’s Ford Buffalo. More

Scheduled appointments don’t mean a thing to them, not the way a shop should be run. I had an appointment scheduled for 11am, got there early and was told it might not get done that day. They also didn’t the way a shop should be run. I had an appointment scheduled for 11am, got there early and was told it might not get done that day. They also didn’t have a loaner car for me to use. I didn’t get my service completed that day and still haven’t. Not sure I’m going to go back again. More
