Great Staff; No-nonsense service/sales My wife and I came in to purchase a new Highlander this past week. I worked with multiple people, but when we came in to look at the car, test drive, and get some base numbers, it was extremely easy, with no pressure, no sales-ey tactics (like some other dealers), and very to the point, which we appreciated as we were short on time. When we came in to buy, after just a few back and forths over the phone and text ahead of time, we were driving our new Highlander out 40 minutes after arrival.
