My husband and I visited this dealership to test drive a Kia Carnival. We came prepared - having researched the model we were interested in and also got pre-approved from an outside lender. It's also import Kia Carnival. We came prepared - having researched the model we were interested in and also got pre-approved from an outside lender. It's also important to note that we arranged a test drive with their scheduling system. I think these steps helped make our experience run so smoothly. While we were at the dealership for 3 hours, it was a successful visit. Eric was kind and approachable and very thorough. He was pushy but not in a negative or inappropriate way. He's sales tactics were fair and supportive of our goals. We walked out with a new Carnival that was detailed and set up for our family of 5. Thank you for a great time! More
