Bought a used car in the middle of August and before the end of August the check engine light was on. They have you pay extra for some crap inspections they go through. If you can get someone to call you back ever, they tell you to bring the car to them, they will get it fixed, then a week later, when you call them to see what's going on with the car, they tell you it will be $900 dollars to fix one of the 3 problems with it. They also tell you that because the car was working when it left the lot, it is not their problem. Someone did call and said they would fix 2 of the problems for $250 each, but that was the best they could do. I agreed and when I picked up the car the next day, they only had the tools to fix 1 problem. They didn't even change out the cabin air filter on the car. More

The company took my money and quit responding to my emails, phone calls and text. I full paid for a car and they kept my money for weeks. Made me miss a couple days of work and lose out on insurance cost, interest on the 66k loan, and the endless hours dealing with a situation. They eventually admitted to selling my car to someone else with no explanation as to why. Took me a bit to get the money back and cleared to pay off the loan. Even before the sale, they were very dishonest, lied directly to you, and do some shady things to get the sale. I would reccomend finding anywhere else to go. I dealt with Rania (sales person), Tyrone Robinson (financial) and Eric Rea (manager). Very unsatisfied with all of them. More
