Russ Darrow is trying to charge $10,000 over MSRP now to any customer buying from them. We need to put a stop to this predatory practice. I would also say, this is incredibly short-sighted on the part of any customer buying from them. We need to put a stop to this predatory practice. I would also say, this is incredibly short-sighted on the part of a business. They could earn a customer for life or try to take advantage of us for a day. They chose to try to take advantage. We traded in our 2015 Kia Optima and the sale person said what is wrong with it, which was only the small damage to the plastic.
