After my wreck which resulted in me having to purchase another vehicle, it was nice for something to go well for me. 66 years old and my best experience at a car dealership to date. Everyone I communicated with was very efficient, courteous, and helpful. More

Everything exceeded my expectations and honestly was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a used vehicle. I did come down and buy the truck that I was looking at yesterday. The visit was good. Mr. Porter was good. I had been handing this over the phone to buy this truck. I am 3 hours from there. There were som yesterday. The visit was good. Mr. Porter was good. I had been handing this over the phone to buy this truck. I am 3 hours from there. There were somethings that I was not real happy bout. I started not to buy it. The things that happened were, that the pictures that Mr. Port sent me did not show the tire were about worn out. I may get 5000 miles or maybe 10000 miles out of them. The second thing is that when I got in to do the paperwork. I found out that the extended service contract was going to be $2000.00 more than what was told to me. I knew that the $3000.00 they told me was not the exact price. But to be off $2000.00 surprised me. The last thing that I was caught off guard about is, that when Mr. Porter handed me the key there was only one. He said that there was only one. By then I had bought the truck. To sum this up I will have to put out $2000.00 more for the contract, I will have to shorty put out 2000.00 for tires and 500.00 for 2nd set of keys. I am happy with the truck and I think it will last me a long time. Just not happy that I am going to put out 4500.00 more over what I came down there to spend. More
