In the past always dependable / efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I showed up this time for a scheduled service only to be told the parts had been out of stock for a week. Terrible parking availability' Dealer cars for sale parked in all handicap spots. It's next to impossible to park, They do have valet parking I was told as I was leaving. All the sign said was STOP parked in all handicap spots. It's next to impossible to park, They do have valet parking I was told as I was leaving. All the sign said was STOP-- nothing about valet available. I was there to get a new key fob. It cost over $1000. Plus when I went to pick it up, the parts man informed me the service department had to program it and I would need to make appointment and come back. When I first came in to order the key fob, the older guy seemed like I was bothering him. And the service writer was my best experience, he worked me in while I was there and I had my car back in 30 minutes. His name was Danny. More

Brought my new Audi Q5 PHEV in for a software update. The service advisor was great, the technician provided a video update, and the service was completed quickly.
