Subaru of Spokane placed me on a waiting list for my dream car without asking for a deposit. It took a while to arrive but they called me immediately for a no-pressure test drive. Great buying experience. First rate and trouble free. Was interested in buying a used car and had been searching the internet for just the right model, color,year, and options. When I saw what I was looking for at Lithia of Spokane, I sent a message to ask about the car. The next morning I received a phone call from Eric McMahon. He gave me a run down on the vehicle and the history of the car. He answered all my questions, and when I asked about the pricing and let him know that I would plan to fly in to test drive the vehicle, he was willing to work with me and we agreed on a price in short order. He asked me for my flight information, and said he would pick me up at the airport! Fantastic communication through out, and Eric was there to meet me out front of the airport. After the test drive, I went up to the financing dept. and worked with Ted, who had already started the process, so as not to delay the closing. Very impressed with the whole team and the friendly and low stress, no pressure sales. I wouldn't hesitate to fly up there again the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. More

Both Eric and Steve I don't much care for salesmen. Nevertheless... Both Eric and then Steve (Eric was out sick later) were very pleasant and helpful. Frankly, I was p I don't much care for salesmen. Frankly, I was put off to hear at the last minute that the car required a 5-day recall period; should have been told up front, not when I'm about to hand over the check (note my remark about salesmen in general.) Other than that devious affront, I found both Eric and Steve exceptionally knowledgeable on all aspects of the Subaru line, and very capable in communicating it to me. This is my third Subaru and my second Outback. If it's not the last car I own, there will be a fourth! More

Walked into the shop back in January fresh after moving, met with Eric even though I told him I was not buying a car then. He was helpful with my questions and willing to show me vehicles that suited my budget--did not push me to buy a vehicle as I imagine car dealers to be. Came back months later with a better idea of my budget and what I wanted. Met with Eric who was again very patient and extremely helpful with my questions about the car, driving in the winter, and affordability. He really honed into what I was looking for and went to bat for me when negotiating price with the head boss. He even gave me time and privacy to make phone calls to my family. No complaints about the experience at all. More
