I had the worst experience at Sutton Ford. I leased a 2025 Maverick and under 300 miles the window pillar is falling off. I contacted the dealership and I was told ‘that’s due to poor craftsma I leased a 2025 Maverick and under 300 miles the window pillar is falling off. I contacted the dealership and I was told ‘that’s due to poor craftsmanship’ and is not their fault. The salesman didn’t know much about the vehicles they sell. I went in to finalize me lease and I literally had to wait for the lease guy to come in on his day off. DON’T BUY A VEHICLE FROM SUTTON FORD! More

My experience with Eric was amazing. He’s very knowledgeable and very thorough. He made purchasing my vehicle quick, easy and I wasn’t there long. As far as the dealership I was told to He’s very knowledgeable and very thorough. He made purchasing my vehicle quick, easy and I wasn’t there long. As far as the dealership I was told to bring my vehicle back for inspection which I did. I told the woman when I dropped my vehicle off that the light came on the dashboard saying the battery needed to be changed in the fob, she stated no problem they would change it. I called back a couple days later to inform them that my fob was damaged. Because of my work schedule I didn’t realize it was past the time that the service department was closed. I spoke to the night call and she took down my information and explained someone will call me back the next day. No one ever called me back so I won’t purchase again from this dealership. I think that it’s unprofessional that my key fob was damaged and no one called to try and fix the situation. More

Other people in the facility being proceeded by the same finance person at the same time. I appreciated Eric’s updates. On another note totally different experience of my daughter with Sutton Ford. She was buying a used car and after paying deposit getting to the final step after being there over 4 hours ready to sign there was a problem with the title. That put a different thought on sending or recommending Sutton. No fault of the salesman. Just very disappointing. More
