I felt the process of getting it done was simple, however every time I pick my car up from here it smells like grease inside. This time was superior to all other times, it appeared as if grease was on my dr every time I pick my car up from here it smells like grease inside. This time was superior to all other times, it appeared as if grease was on my driver side seat and someone attempted to wipe it which left the seat dark and shiny. My car is a BMW X7M 2024. When bringing it to the original place that I bought it, I would hope a 130k car would be handled with car. It was treated like a beater. I am nervous to return for my next service. I've also had occasions where the music was on different channels and the driver seat is never repositioned back correctly. I would have expected more from BMW service center and each time I return I'm disappointed. More

Love the BMW Owings Mills team. I absolutely love my salesperson Eric Lowery. This is my 2nd purchase with him…first was in 2022. Eric is very attentive and definitely listens to I absolutely love my salesperson Eric Lowery. This is my 2nd purchase with him…first was in 2022. Eric is very attentive and definitely listens to the customer. I texted him the day before to tell him I would be in the area in my husband’s truck so he would be aware that I had NO intentions on purchasing that day. I was just coming in to test drive a convertible and to see how low it would be (currently having back issues) and I have been in an X3 since 2008. After the test drive, Eric researched where a Black convertible was in the US. I had planned to leave and have him call me in the next week or months when something popped up with my criteria. THEN I would be ready to purchase, but not that day. Well, Eric said they would bring the car to my home…an hour away and pick up my X3 so I decided on the gray car from test drive. Never knew that was an option and I just knew I wasn’t driving back to Baltimore that day. So I’m glad Eric made that suggestion. This is my dream car that I have wanted since I was 21 (not giving current age lol). Back then the BMW would’ve been the convertible 325i. I also appreciate my Finance Manager Jesse Malone for working very HARD on my behalf to make the deal happen. And to Nic my Tech Genius for bringing my dream car to my home, walking me though learning my new car and extending the offer to call if I ever have any questions. Thank you to my great team. More
