He is patient and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to get you into the right vehicle at a fair price. Amit Thanki is the BMW Genius I recommend. He really is an expert on all vehicle features and was able to fix a very recent problem I was having getting an operating system upgrade to load and work correctly. It was a tricky issue and he got it to work when I could not. Very grateful to him for that. More
