We bought a rogue for our daughter in college unfortunately the original salesmen was wonderful and why we bought the car Amie stepped in to deliver the vehicle and go over paper work as he was n unfortunately the original salesmen was wonderful and why we bought the car Amie stepped in to deliver the vehicle and go over paper work as he was not available we had some concerns and she was able to handle and take care of some of the details on the car and even put a bow on it for us to send to our daughter as this was her 1st vehicle big thanks to the Napleton team More

I just bought a 2019 Chevy Traverse LT from Napleton's Northlake CDJR and had a great experience! Paolo Cifuentes was my Sales Associate and he was more than helpful. While we took a test drive he was goi Northlake CDJR and had a great experience! Paolo Cifuentes was my Sales Associate and he was more than helpful. While we took a test drive he was going over all of the features of the vehicle and was asking me what I was looking for in a car. He helped me get the exact car I was shopping for at the price I wanted to pay. He was patient with all of my questions and explained the whole process along the way. I also had the pleasure of working with the Sales Manager, Eric Lewanda. He was very professional and helpful from start to finish. Once I bought my car I worked with Mark Rapp who made the financing process look effortless. He was so friendly, explained everything I was signing, and was so organized and efficient. This was my first time buying a car from this dealership and I would 100% buy from them again! Thank you, Paolo, Eric, and Mark! More
