In Nov 2022, I leased a vehicle from Wickstrom and then my lease was coming due so I went back to Wickstrom CJDR to browse for my next car in Nov of 2025. I have been to different Jeep dealers in the past my lease was coming due so I went back to Wickstrom CJDR to browse for my next car in Nov of 2025. I have been to different Jeep dealers in the past and by far, this has been the best CJDR dealer that I have ever worked with. The experience I had in Nov 2022 was excellent so I knew this time, would be just as great and I was right. Eric Jensen helped me both in Nov 2022 and Nov 2025. He was patient with me test driving different cars to make sure I narrowed down my selection. When I narrowed my two vehicles that I wanted to know the pricing/payments, they presented a side by side purchase and lease payments. This was very helpful to make a decision. From that point of choosing which car and payment I wanted, it took maybe an hour to sign all the paperwork and meet with the Finance Manager, David Didier. He made the finance piece easy and quick. The dealership is easy to work with and very helpful. I also go there to get my vehicles serviced even though it’s 25+ miles from my house due to the great service team and facility. I would highly recommend if you are in need of a new/used car, reach out Eric Jensen at Wickstrom. After about a month, I noticed that my prior lease account wasn’t closed. Contacted that lease company and was told they have not received the payment. I emailed Eric and found out there was a minor mishap that they quickly took care of. Then I called the prior lease company and then I received a run around with why I was charged a fee and was told there would be additional fee. I reached out again to Eric and he escalated this to Denise. She reached out and talked about the issue. She spoke with the prior lease company and received one answer while I also reached out and got another. She worked with me and we had a few conference calls with the old lease company and finally was able to get answers. Denise took action and was able to get everything squared away and was awesome to work with. They take care of their customers and have always exceeded my expectations. Thank you Eric, David and Denise for you help through this entire process. More

I came in for an oil change and after talking with Eric Jensen, I wound up trading my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
