I bought my Ford Edge in March of last year. Due to the pandemic I didn’t use the FordPass until recently. I tried calling the helpline but they couldn’t understand what was wrong. We brought it into Luthe pandemic I didn’t use the FordPass until recently. I tried calling the helpline but they couldn’t understand what was wrong. We brought it into Luther, they ordered a new TCU Module and was able to program it. Great service! More
