Sunday May 2, 2024, my car had a flat tire. I noticed that there was a metal bolt stuck in the tire. I had roadside assistance remove the flat tire and install the spare donut tire. I only use the Arnold Chevrolet Buick Dealership to buy and service my cars. My current car, the new Buick Envista, is the sixth car I have bought/leased with the excellent assistance of sales manager Bill Tuchler at the Arnold Chevrolet Buick dealership in West Babylon, New York. Their service department is closed on Sundays. I had an email contact address for Mark Cohen, the service department manager. In the email I explained the situation and requested an appointment for the next day, Monday June 4. Mark quickly replied to my email. He was kind and caring and he suggested that I come to the service department early Monday morning. He said his automobile technicians would see if the tire could be repaired. If it could not be repaired, he would get me a new tire. Happily, the expert technician was able to repair the tire and the service was completed in a short time. I then asked salesman Eric to help me understand and better use the infotainment system. Eric was happy to assist me and patiently explained and demonstrated the features of the infotainment system. I am very fortunate to have the caring, expert sales and service people at Arnold Chevrolet Buick dealership to help and advise me. They are The Best! More
