I have been a Dean Team customer since 2012. I started with Annie in servicing my 2008 Tribeca. I bought my Subaru Forrester in 2019 from Dean Team. In 2021 I met Sam Grovert and have worked I started with Annie in servicing my 2008 Tribeca. I bought my Subaru Forrester in 2019 from Dean Team. In 2021 I met Sam Grovert and have worked with Sam for leasing of my 2022 Forester Wilderness, the purchase of my 2023 WRX Limited and my 2024 WRX Limited. Sam has also worked with us to purchase our 2022 Outback. Sam and Annie are the best in the business and are an asset to the Dean Team. Their personal service, care and ability to dial in to the needs of the customer are unmatched. Sams ability to anticipate the needs of the customer is uncanny! I also say the same about Annie. Bought 2 cars from them and they still tried to screw me over! My first Crosstrek hybrid died after 6 years (nightmare with the service department!!) We had a couple issues with my windshield replacement, but it has been resolved. I was given a loaner car for the weekend while they addressed the situation, and I was very appreciative of that. My suggestion would be to communicate what’s being done with a customer’s vehicle. My frustration came from not knowing why something was done the way it was, but once it was explained, I understood. I think some quality training could be beneficial for the service team to take a bit more pride and care in the work they send out there. Everyone I worked with was completely professional and kind.
