Recently had service done on my car through my insurance company my car was there for over a month. I clearly asked Cesar Aparicio to make sure no cars are parked too close to my car and that they don’t put company my car was there for over a month. I clearly asked Cesar Aparicio to make sure no cars are parked too close to my car and that they don’t put my bumper on the floor because it’s just been painted. And my car is new is a 2024 Sentra that came in with no damage. I notice damage on my bumper Cesar told the service manager Eric Hargrove and when he came over to look at it he was rude and disrespectful towards me talking loud yelling and screaming to the point that the other managers came out to see what was going on. They all said oh we didn’t do this Terrence Williams manager at Honda agreed for the guy who fix cars on the lot to sand it so it could look better. I can still see the mark. I’ve notice another spot on my car since it’s been there and I was told it was bird poop and that they will wipe it off. Got my car back on May 24th 2025 and attempted to wipe it away and it’s not bird poop it’s damage to my paint on my passenger side door. I have the before pictures of my passenger side door and I have what it looks like now. I also have recordings of me talking to Cesar and asking him not to park my car next to another car in fear of damage or door dings. I’m going to give them time to see if they are going to fix the damage on my passenger side door if not then I will take the necessary steps to get it fix by them. I will never buy another car from them they all are disrespectful the whole management team is disrespectful. I attached photos of the damage that’s on my passenger side door. I need this fix I’m giving them a week to reach out about this issue. I wasn’t given updates on my car I had to go up there to see what was going on with my car I asked Cesar call me with updates I shouldn’t have to come up here and get updates. They don’t care nothing about there customers I use to use them for all my oil changes and car work I wouldn’t send a dog there. They will never get another dime from me. They have the picture of my passenger side door and it’s clear in the picture it’s no damage on my door pictures don’t lie!!!!! If you getting car work done up here take pictures of your car. They will damage your car then act like it didn’t happen up there. Crazy part is they take pictures of your car before they do service. What’s the point of taking pictures if you going to act like the picture not clear enough to tell yeah right. The picture is clear and I need my passenger side door fix. Yall have the pictures to show nothing on my door. FIX MY CAR! More
