I've leased 3 vehicles from Fletcher Jones and would not think of shopping anywhere else, specifically because of the professionalism of Eric Gastineau. With my lease coming due and the industry shortage of think of shopping anywhere else, specifically because of the professionalism of Eric Gastineau. With my lease coming due and the industry shortage of vehicles, Eric reached out and suggested that I order exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle, and I did. I was apprehensive at first but Eric made the whole process effortless. He checked in with me periodically to let me know about the build's progress, and called me to let me know that my new GLE350 had arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted. I could not be any happier, especially knowing that I got a great deal and that my new car will be in the hands of Service Advisor Jon Derbyshire. These two gentlemen are the BEST! More
