Eric worked patiently with me to help me figure out exactly the Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle I wanted - and it was not the one I thought I wanted when I first arrived! I am so happy with my 'new' car and the entire purchase experience felt open and transparent. Since this is the dealership that will be servicing my car, and since it is a significant distance from my home, it was important for me to feel comfortable trusting the team at Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor -otherwise it would not be worth the trip. I am confident I have made a good choice - both a good car choice and a good team choice. I recommend them without any reservations. More
