I bought a car from (Toyota of N Miami) in late March 2024, brought the car to service the first time it rained and noticed water all over the driver side floor mat (April 2024). They took the vehicle in 2024, brought the car to service the first time it rained and noticed water all over the driver side floor mat (April 2024). They took the vehicle in and told me the issue was fixed and this was a well known with the Rave4. They misdiagnosed the issue and problem still exists. Came back for a third time and they are refusing to honor their warranty and take ownership of their problem. Car was a gift to my mother and ended as the worst buying experience ever. Last Friday the ( Warranty manager agreed & promised to take care of the issue in front of two other colleagues, the service advisor and the gentleman next to him) but going back on his words. If this was a mechanical issue it would have been my responsibility although this is not the case at all, Used deceptive business practice to sell me a car with a water/rain leak issue knowingly. Also there is no way for me to know the car had this issue when buying it. I have spoken with sales and the service manages there, no progress. Total mess as a dealer, no accountability on management's part. Complete fraud as well, will be in touch with dealer regulators, my car have been at their shop since 13 days now, no fix!!! (2021 Rav4, known issue with that vehicle but they keep selling them, not fix and collecting from financial institutions on people's credit, fraud!) More

Poor service, poor feedback and customer comunication. Great problem in customer service section feedback in Florida "Toyota of North Miami" and strong dissatisfaction with the service I received. I attached my letter of complaint to Mr Friedman and he answered that the service director was looking into the matter but there was no answer from any representative of Toyota and my complaint was not satisfied. I hoped that Toyota Customer Experience Center would deal with that matter promptly so I wrote an email and phoned them. But no results. Nice experience overall !! After a huge research I decided to purchase a used Toyota Prius Under the Uber Financial Program, Mr Abner Elidor is in charge of the Uber Financial After a huge research I decided to purchase a used Toyota Prius Under the Uber Financial Program, Mr Abner Elidor is in charge of the Uber Financial program and after spending a lot of time working the deal with the banks Because my credit is horrible I was able to buy the car, Only four stars because the whole process had a tense Moments and some bumpy situations due to the frustration of the sales team trying to find an approval ( this is the short story). but at the end of the day they apologies and they make it happens, Overall experience was Very good. I would recommend Mr Abner 100%. More
