I bought the car unseen. After it was delivered, I decided I didn't want it and asked to have it returned. I was told all sales are final. No where in the documents is this stated. After several attempts to return the car, I was given the S.O.L. treatment by the salesman and general manager. This experience with Findlay has left me cold and abandoned. By far the worst purchase experience I have ever experienced. More

They are a good group. I went to literally dozens of dealerships over 6 months of careful car shopping. They were responsive, low pressure and the kind of place I didn't mind bringing my beautiful wife to. Some places the salesmen feel almost like night club wolves. This group, while seeming to be mostly men, were professional, decent guys who did what they said they would. That said, and true, I bought a ceramic coat and extended warranty, at time of purchase, and I changed my mind after driving away. I anticipate these products can be returned, but if I get a hard time I will come back and update this review. More

Asking for numbers, the salesman kept running to the back. We finally walked out after being left alone. We happened to go across the street to Findlay Hyundai without doing any research on Hyundai. Eric came right out and greeted us. Answered all of our questions immediately and worked with us on my budget. We just loved him! Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend him enough! He’s completely knowledgeable on the cars. He obviously puts in the work. I will recommend him to anyone who’s looking to buy or lease a car. I can’t say enough good things about Eric Foos! I’m in my 60’s and this is the first new car I’ve ever had. And that’s because of Eric. Not pushy at all. I would have walked away if that happened. He was genuine and sincere. I felt safe leasing this car. Will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More
