I negotiated for car and flew to Houston to purchase. I asked if there was any “imperfections”— assured there were none. Arrived at 6 pm on Saturday and immediately saw the front right wnd was damaged. “ I asked if there was any “imperfections”— assured there were none. Arrived at 6 pm on Saturday and immediately saw the front right wnd was damaged. “We didn’t notice it.” Manger assured me it was only about a $500 fix . He gave me $650 credit— however the two estimates I received were over $2000. These people are not honest. I was stuck in Houston and had little choice. NEVER AGAIN will I buy a car over the internet. I was misled and then lied to by both manager and sales person. SAD More

Contacted Dealer to order a new 2024 Super Duty in January. Dealer placed the order the same day and kept me informed all through the process of getting the truck built and delivered in early April. Sales Management Team went out of their way to make sure the whole process was effortless for me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great deal and an enjoyable experience. These guys are the BEST!!!!! More

Advertised a Price on a Explorer with the Vin Number and stock number, along with pictures of the car...Went to purchase it, was told it was $53K, not $44K, they could not sell it for what they advertised i stock number, along with pictures of the car...Went to purchase it, was told it was $53K, not $44K, they could not sell it for what they advertised it for... Poor Customer Service and Communication, will not return phone calls. General Manager Mike Romero wouldn't even respond to an email... Filed a complaint with TDMV. Go to Doggett Ford, they know how to treat a customer!!! More
