The Star Hyundai dealership in Abilene, TX is very clean, organized, and welcoming to customers. During my time at the dealership, I was able to enjoy snacks and refreshments and even speak with a sales pers organized, and welcoming to customers. Excellent customer service. Eric is very kind and listens to my concerns. I had a nail in my front left tire with a cap attached. It produced a humming sound when the car was mo Eric is very kind and listens to my concerns. I had a nail in my front left tire with a cap attached. It produced a humming sound when the car was moving. Eric took my concerns seriously and scheduled me for a service visit. I did not know I had a nail with a cap in my tire before my service visit. My tire sensor did not show low tire pressure. I have been a client since 2013 and have driven only Hyundai cars since then. The reason for my repeat business is your service department. So spot on and genuine. I feel my concerns are heard and validated when I bring my car I’m for service. More
