Really sorry we purchased our 2022 M8 Competition from this dealer. A combination of incompetence and couldn't care less attitude has made our experience to date rather unpleasant. Friendly service. Fast turn around. But they completely missed 2 tires that had split and separating tread. Drove the car 100 miles from dealership and ended up on interstate roadside with total tire fail missed 2 tires that had split and separating tread. Edit: Eric and the management at BMW WC went out of their way to address our issues. After 2 months of work on our front differential (delayed due to supply chain issues) we have our beloved 650 back and in working order. As a result I have updated this review from 2 stars to 5! More

Jordan and Eric both went above and beyond to help me out with check out and with getting a loaner to come back home after I’ the service department.
